MONROE - On Feb. 21:
♦ No injuries were reported during a two-vehicle crash at 3:38 p.m. on County E at Dunphy Road in Albany. Cassandra N. Quick, 37, Monticello, was traveling north when she stopped to turn west on County EE. A second vehicle was also traveling north that was operated by Lily A. Riebe, 16, Brooklyn. Riebe did not immediately see Quick's vehicle stop. Riebe swerved to avoid rear ending Quick's vehicle, but was unable to avoid the crash. Quick's vehicle sustained very minor damage. Riebe's vehicle sustained minor damage. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
♦ No injuries were reported during a one-vehicle crash at 6:04 p.m. in the N3800 block of County E in the Town of Decatur. Seth M. Allen, 17, Brodhead, was traveling south when his vehicle entered a patch of water/ice on the roadway. Allen lost control of his vehicle and the vehicle overturned. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed. Allen was cited for driving too fast for conditions and was released pending court.
On Feb. 22:
♦ Injuries were reported during a one-vehicle crash at 6:54 p.m. in the W6700 block of Franklin Road in the Town of Clarno. Joshua W. Foht, 18, Monroe, was going westbound on Franklin Road when he lost control of his truck on the ice-covered road and entered the ditch and struck a phone junction box and then a tree. Foht was injured in the crash but declined medical attention. Foht was wearing a seat belt and there was no airbag deployment. The truck sustained severe damage and was towed.
♦ No injuries were reported during a one-vehicle crash at 7:10 p.m. in the W100 block of County C in the Town of Brooklyn. Sheila A. March, 49, Evansville, was attempting to turn west on County C from Wis. 104 when she lost control on the ice-covered roadway. The vehicle entered the ditch and collided with a road sign and then a fence. The vehicle had disabling damage and was going to be removed at a later time.
On Feb. 24:
♦ No injuries were reported during a one-vehicle crash at 10:25 p.m. in the N1500 block of County S in the Town of Jefferson. Katrine A. Richards, 45, Old Mill Creek, Illinois, was northbound on County S when she reported that she swerved to avoid colliding with a deer. Richards' vehicle left the road and struck a fence. The vehicle sustained minor damage and was towed from the ditch. Richards was cited for operate a motor vehicle without a valid license and was released pending court.

♦ No injuries were reported during a one-vehicle crash at 8:48 p.m. in the 200 block of Wis. 69. Kara R. Schulte, 41, Browntown, veered off of the roadway and collided with a street sign. Schulte's vehicle sustained moderate damages. Schulte was cited for inattentive driving and released pending a court appearance.
