MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 3:15 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of 8th Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Jay R. Ethridge, Monroe, collided with a vehicle driven by Karena J. Blum, 22, Monroe, Blum was cited for second-offense driving after suspension and released pending court. The vehicles received moderate damage.
