MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident around 1 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of West Eighth Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Robert G. Haberman, 24, Monroe, slid on the ice and hit a vehicle driven by Kailee E. Martin, 20, Orangeville. The vehicles received moderate damage. Haberman was cited for not wearing a seat belt.
