MONROE - Lisa A. Kammes, 42, Monroe, was cited at 8:28 a.m. Monday for failure to yield right-of-way from a stop sign and no vehicle insurance after her vehicle hit a vehicle driven by a 49-year-old woman from Monroe on North 18th Avenue at the Wisconsin 11 ramps. No injuries were reported from the crash. The Monroe woman's vehicle was moderately damaged and was towed from the scene. Kammes' vehicle was moderately damaged and was driven from the scene. She was released pending court.

• James Steitz, 40, Gratiot, reported hitting a deer with his vehicle on Larse Road, Wiota Township, at 5:45 a.m.
• Marie Fry, 56, Dodgeville, reported hitting a deer with her vehicle on U.S. 151, Township of Belmont, at 6:16 p.m.
