MONROE - One person was injured and refused medical attention in a one-vehicle accident around 6:45 p.m. Friday on County T north of Wisconsin 81. A vehicle driven by David A. Snyder, 23, Beloit, started to slide on a snow-covered roadway and slid sideways into the ditch where it became stuck. The vehicle received minor damage.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident around 3:30 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 59 near Olive Road. Delyle Luna-Perez, 27, Albany, struck a snowdrift and lost control of her vehicle. The vehicle overturned in the roadway, received severe damage and was towed form the scene.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident around 4:30 p.m. Sunday in the N6500 block of Holstein Prairie Road. Kim A. Christen, 53, Blanchardville, stated that he was attempting to stop for an animal on the road when he lost control of his vehicle on the ice-covered roadway. The vehicle left the road and collided with a fence. It received moderate front-end damage and was towed from the scene.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident around 1 p.m. Sunday on County A near Biggs Road, when Joshua D. Hendrickson, 22, Blanchardville, hit a snowdrift. The vehicle received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident around 3:30 p.m. Sunday in the N2800 block of Cadiz Spring Road. Catherine H. Khile, 40, Monroe, was negotiating a curve when she lost control of the vehicle, went down an embankment and collided with several trees. The vehicle received minor front-end damage and was driven from the scene.

• Deputies located a vehicle around 1:30 a.m. Sunday in the ditch on County E north of Attica Road. It had been in an earlier accident. The incident is under investigation.

• Deputies are investigating a minor accident reported around 7:15 p.m. Friday on the westbound Wis. 11/81 off-ramp.

DARLINGTON - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident around 11:15 a.m. Friday on Truman Road in Kendall township. A snowplow driven by Robert E. Suchomel, 82, Shullsburg, was removing snow on Wis. 126 and Truman Road. While the plow was backing up, the wing of the plow caught the right front of a vehicle driven by Trevor Nichols, 20, Belmont, who had proceeded forward from a stop sign because of the high snow banks. The plow received no damage and Nichols' 2001 Grand AM received minor damage.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident around 8:15 p.m. Saturday on County P in Monticello township. Ruth L. Richardson, 58, Rockford, Ill., lost control of her vehicle and left the road. The vehicle received damage, was removed from the ditch and driven from the scene.

• Deputies assisted the Argyle Police Department around 11:30 p.m. Friday with a minor accident on Milwaukee Street in Argyle. No injuries or vehicle damages were reported.

• The South Wayne Police Department responded around 3:45 p.m. Friday to assist the county with a school bus in the ditch on Pleasant View Drive, in Wayne township. The bus was able to get out of the ditch and no one was injured.

• Deputies responded to vehicles in the ditch around 8:45 a.m. Sunday on Burke Road in Darlington township. No injuries or vehicle damages were reported.

• Deputies responded to a vehicle in the ditch around 11:55 a.m. Sunday on Summit Road in Shullsburg township. No injuries or vehicle damage were reported.

• Deputies responded to a vehicle in the ditch around 6:45 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 78 in Blanchard Township. No injuries and no vehicle damage were reported. The vehicle was removed.

• Deputies responded around 7:30 p.m. Saturday to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on Wis. 23 in Willow Springs township. The vehicle was no longer in the ditch when deputies arrived. No injuries and no vehicle damages were reported.

• Deputies responded to a vehicle in the ditch around 5:30 p.m. Sunday on Big Cut Road in Shullsburg township. No injuries or vehicle damages were reported.

• A vehicle driven by Dustin J. Kobbervig, 27, Platteville, struck a deer around 4 p.m. Friday on Wis. 11 in Wayne township. No damage was reported.

• A vehicle, driven by an unreported person, hit a deer around 6:15 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg township. The Shullsburg Police Department assisted. Jim Winter 2/11/08 Mary Jane Grenzow 2/11/08
