Green County Sheriff

MONROE - A vehicle driven by Chad D. Fryer, 32, Cottage Grove, hit a deer around 6:45 a.m. Thursday in the N9000 block of Wisconsin 69. The vehicle received moderate damage and was towed.

• A vehicle driven by Michael E. Rauch, 51, Evansville, hit a deer around 4:15 p.m. Thursday in the W4500 block of Wis. 59. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident around 5:15 p.m. Thursday on Wis. 11 in Gratiot township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by John E. Boss, 31, Gratiot, was unable to stop due to slippery road conditions and hit a vehicle driven by Dawn E. Griswold, 45, South Wayne. Griswold and a passenger, D'elaine E. Bejgier, 10, South Wayne, were taken to Monroe Clinic. Her vehicle was towed from the scene.

• Paol A. Vargas, 47, Decorah, Iowa, was cited for driving without a license following a report of a vehicle in a ditch around 10:45 p.m. Thursday on Wis. 81 in Darlington township.
