Green County Sheriff

MONROE - No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle crash at 5:31 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14, after Richard A. Keehn, 68, of rural Monroe, collided with a deer on Wisconsin 59 east of Forest Prairie Park Road. His vehicle was moderately damaged and driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported in an accident reported at 8:11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, when Ann M. Marchese, 41, Monroe, backed into a parked vehicle owned by Devin P. Houzenga, 22, Savanna, Ill., in a private driveway in the N1700 block of Five Corner Road in the Town of Jefferson. Houzenga's vehicle was moderately damaged and driven from the scene. Marchese's vehicle was not damaged.

• A hit-and-run was reported at 3:53 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, after an unknown male rear-ended a vehicle driven by Amy L. Davis, 27, Warren, Ill., on the westbound ramp from Wisconsin 11 to Wisconsin 69 in the Town of Monroe. Davis was not injured, and her vehicle sustained minor damage.

• Alexander T. Obermann, 18, Brodhead, and his 15-year-old passenger were injured and transported by ambulance following a one-vehicle crash reported at 3:53 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15. Obermann reportedly failed to negotiate a curve on County E at St. John's Road in the Town of Decatur and lost control of the vehicle, which overturned in the ditch and landed on a barbed wire fence. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed from the scene.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Kalisha M. Welty, 32, Monroe, reported at 7:05 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, that she hit a deer on Wisconsin 23 in the Town of Willow Springs. She reported no injuries, and her vehicle was moderately damaged.

• A deputy removed an injured deer from the roadway on Wisconsin 78 in the Town of Argyle at 9:45 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, after the animal was hit by an unknown vehicle.
