MONROE POLICE

MONROE - No injuries were reported at 5:50 a.m. Friday after Tracy A. Royalle, 47, Monroe, struck a traffic signal at the intersection of Wisconsin 69 and 8th Street. Police believe excess frost on Royalle's windshield contributed to the accident. Royalle was cited for having an unclean windshield and failure to maintain control of her vehicle, which sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.



NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - No injuries were reported at 11:25 a.m. Nov. 30 after a minor two-vehicle collision in a parking lot in the 600 block of Wis. 69.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Friday:

• No injuries were reported at 5:57 a.m. after a one-vehicle accident in the W9200 block of Bidlingmaier Road, Town of Cadiz. Because of a malfunctioning defroster, Dustin D. Keep, 20, Lena, Ill., could not see through his windshield and lost control of his vehicle, which rolled onto its side and slid into a power pole. Keep was cited for driving without a properly functioning defroster. His vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 7:57 a.m. after Paige M. Bump, 17, New Glarus, struck a deer in the roadway. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

On Saturday:

• A driver was injured at 2:57 a.m. after a one-vehicle drunk driving accident in the W5700 block of County C, Town of Washington. Nathania K. Kummer, 23, Argyle, lost control of her vehicle on an icy patch of road and entered a ditch, where it struck an embankment and rolled onto its side. Kummer reported non-life-threatening injuries and was arrested for driving while intoxicated (first offense). Kummer was released pending court. Her vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 8:50 a.m. after Treyton T. Waage, 19, Argyle, lost control of his vehicle and overturned on County C, Town of Washington. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 4:42 p.m. after Tamara J. Bloom, 72, Verona, struck a deer in the N9500 block of Wis. 69, Town of New Glarus. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 10:30 p.m. after a one-vehicle drunk driving accident on Wis. 59, Town of Albany. Matthew L. Wyss, 40, Monroe, lost control of his vehicle and drove into a ditch, striking a tree and a fence. Wyss was arrested for driving while intoxicated (first offense) and was cited for driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration, failure to maintain control of his vehicle and failure to report an accident. Wyss was released pending court. His vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.

On Sunday:

• No injuries were reported at 5:36 a.m. after a one-vehicle accident in the N5200 block of County N, Town of Washington. Derek J. Morgan, 23, Monroe, entered a ditch and overturned before apparently righting his vehicle and driving back into the ditch. Morgan fled the scene. Morgan was cited for failing to report an accident, driving too fast for conditions, failing to wear a seatbelt, driving without vehicle insurance, driving with a suspended license and non-registration of a vehicle. Morgan also received citations relating to a crash on Sept. 29, including failing to report an accident, driving too fast for conditions, failing to wear a seatbelt and driving with a suspended license. His vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 7:12 p.m. after Jason L. Riley, 39, Monticello, struck a deer in the W9400 block of County C, Town of Adams. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Friday, no injuries were reported at 10:18 p.m. after Richard T. Corley, 38, Darlington, struck a deer on Wis. 23, Town of Willow Springs. His vehicle sustained minor damage.

On Sunday:

• A driver was injured at 5:29 a.m. on Mitchell Hollow Road, Town of Belmont. Larry J. Bigelow, 37, Cuba City, struck a donkey in the roadway and sustained minor injuries. His vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 11:16 a.m. after a two-vehicle accident in a parking lot on Wis. 78, Town of Wiota. Stuart L. Seffrood, 46, South Wayne, struck a parked vehicle belonging to Carmen K. Meier, 53, Argyle. Both vehicles sustained minor damage.

• No injuries were reported at 5:25 p.m. after Mary Jo Finkenbinder, 61, Darlington, struck a deer on Wis. 81, Town of Darlington. Her vehicle sustained minor damage.
