MONROE POLICEMONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 12:45 p.m. Thursday in the 2100 block of 5th Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Betty M. Rygh, 70, South Wayne, collided with a vehicle driven by Kathleen J. Rufer, 49, Monroe. Rygh was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign.• No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 7:15 p.m. Thursday at Wisconsin 69 and 6th Street.
