MONROE - Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident at about noon Monday on Wisconsin 59 at Broughton Road. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Danielle M. Coulthard, 18, Albany, failed to negotiate a curve and hit a vehicle driven by Christine G. Mauerman, 45, Albany. Mauerman was not wearing a seatbelt and was taken to the Monroe clinic. Coulthard sustained injuries but declined medical treatment. Coulthard was cited for failure to maintain control of a vehicle. Her vehicle received moderate damage. Mauerman's vehicle received moderate damage and was towed.
• No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 7:30 a.m. Monday on Wisconsin 11 east of High School Road in Sylvester township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by David M. Johnson, 52, Monroe, crossed the centerline and hit a semitrailer driven by Ryan E. Leistiko, 31, Monroe. Johnson was cited for inattentive driving. Johnson's vehicle received extensive damage and was towed.
• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 10:30 a.m. Monday on Wisconsin 39 at Buckeye Road in York township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Jordan H. Anderson, 18, Blanchardville, failed to negotiate a curve and went into a ditch. The vehicle received moderate damage and was towed.
• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 12:30 p.m. Monday on County GG in Spring Grove township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Kevin S. Albright, 25, Roscoe, Ill., left the road and hit a sign as Albright looked at some paperwork in the vehicle. The vehicle received minor damage.
• A vehicle driven by Kimberly K. Oxenreider, 38, Monroe, collided with a deer at about 11:15 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 11 near Steiner Road in Clarno township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

DARLINGTON - A vehicle driven by Michael Edge, 23, Shullsburg, hit a deer at about midnight Monday on County W in New Diggings township.
