MONROE POLICE

MONROE - One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 11:15 a.m. Saturday at Wisconsin 69 and 11th Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Kristi A. Hudson, 56, Monroe, collided with a vehicle driven by Karissa L. Studer, 16, Monroe. Hudson sustained minor injuries and declined medical attention. Hudson was cited for failure to yield the right of way and released pending court. Her vehicle received extensive damage and was towed.

• One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 5:15 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 11 east of 18th Avenue. Police report a vehicle driven by Robert L. Hull, 65, Monroe, hit a guardrail due to snow on the road. Hull declined medical treatment. Hull was cited for failure to maintain control of a vehicle. His vehicle received moderate damage.

NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 2:30 p.m. Thursday on Fifth Street and 12th Avenue. Police report a vehicle driven by Shane M. Bainbridge, 28, New Glarus, failed to stop at a stop sign and hit a vehicle driven by Lee E. Veium, 29, New Glarus. The vehicles received moderate to extensive damage. Both drivers were cited for failure to notify police of an accident. Veium also was cited for driving after suspension. Bainbridge was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign.

GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE- One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 10:30 a.m. Sunday on Zurfluh Road west of Tin Can Road. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Katie J. Gempeler, 17, Albany, failed to negotiate a snow-covered road, slid across the road and hit a truck driven by Douglas E. Rains, 42, Beloit. Gempeler's vehicle received extensive damage and was towed. Rains sustained injuries but declined medical treatment. His vehicle received moderate damage.

• Christopher L. Crase, 28, Albany, was arrested for third-offense drunken driving following a report of a vehicle in a ditch on the Sugar River Bike Trail at about 10 p.m. Sunday in the W1400 block of Wis. 59. Other charges are pending. He was jailed.

• A vehicle driven by Brandy J. Malcook, 30, Brodhead, collided with a deer at about 12:30 p.m. Sunday in the W3800 block of Wis. 11. The vehicle received minor damage.

LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - Timothy Driscoll, 31, Iowa, was arrested for drunken driving following a one-vehicle accident at about 6:45 p.m. Wednesday on U.S. Highway 151. Deputies report his vehicle hit a guardrail and overturned in the median.

• Christopher Wolfgramm, 26, Darlington, was arrested for drunken driving following a one-vehicle accident at about 4:30 a.m. Thursday on English Hollow Road in Fayette township. Deputies report his vehicle left the road and hit a fence. The vehicle was towed.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday on Gant Road. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Leonard Chapman, 34, Argyle, overturned. Chapman was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 1:15 p.m. Thursday on Silverthorne Road in Shullsburg township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Brady Farrey, Shullsburg, left the road, went through a fence and came to rest in a field.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 1 p.m. Sunday on West Mound Road in Belmont township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Lucy A. Marsh, 29, Milton, failed to negotiate a curve, left the road and went into a ditch. The vehicle was towed.

• A vehicle driven by Justin Ashton, 19, Elgin, collided with a deer at about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday on Wis. 81 in Argyle township.

• A vehicle driven by Norman Foley, Darlington, collided with a deer at about 6:45 p.m. Wednesday on County F in Darlington township.

• A vehicle driven by Lyle Millard, 46, Fennimore, collided with a deer at about 10:45 a.m. Thursday on County O in Seymour township.

• A vehicle driven by Richard Sheesley, 56, Monroe, collided with a deer at about 11 a.m. Thursday on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg township.

• A vehicle driven by Rebecca L. Polkinghorn, 52, Argyle, collided with a deer at about 5:15 p.m. Saturday on County G in Argyle township. The vehicle received moderate damages.

• A vehicle driven by Norman P. Foley, 65, Darlington, collided with a deer at about 6 p.m. Saturday on County F in Fayette township. The vehicle received moderate damage.
