MONROE - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident in the 600 block of Wisconsin 69 at 11:34 a.m. Friday. Jessica L. Weiss, 21, Monroe, was driving a vehicle that hit a second vehicle driven by a 71-year-old woman from Albany. Weiss was cited for following too closely and was released pending court.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident in the 1800 block of 9th Street. Thomas J. Vale, 60, Monroe, was driving a vehicle that hit a second vehicle driven by a 60-year-old woman from Monroe. Vale was cited at 12:45 p.m. for failure to yield from a stop sign. Vale was released pending court.

MONROE - Herman P. Arndt, 60, Brodhead, suffered non-life-threatening injuries in a one-vehicle rollover crash in the N5600 block of Wisconsin 104, Town of Albany, at 8:29 p.m. Friday. Arndt was southbound when he lost control of his vehicle and entered the west ditch where the vehicle overturned, coming to rest on its roof. Arndt was transported via Albany EMS to Mercy ER in Janesville for treatment of his injuries. The vehicle was severely damaged and was towed from the scene. Deputies, Albany Fire Department and Albany police assisted at the scene.
Brian G. Brown, 72, Beloit, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle accident that occurred on Wisconsin 11 at Short Lane, Town of Sylvester, at 6:08 p.m. Saturday. Brown was eastbound on Wis. 11 when a deer ran into the roadway and hit the front of his vehicle. The vehicle was severely damaged and was towed from the scene.
Donald G. Roe, 71, Monticello, and his passenger were uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash that occurred on Wis. 69 south of Allison Road, Town of Monroe, at 10:42 a.m. Sunday. Roe was southbound on Wis. 69 when a deer ran into the roadway and hit the front of his vehicle. The vehicle was moderately damaged and was driven from the scene.

Song Wu, 37, Darlington, was uninjured in a one-car rollover accident on Wisconsin 81, Lamont Township, at 7:14 a.m. Wu was westbound when she lost control of her car due to traveling too fast for conditions and slid off the roadway and overturned into the ditch. The car was severely damaged and was towed from the scene.
Judith R. Schwartz, 79, Darlington, sustained non-life-threatening injuries in a one-car crash on County F, Darlington Township, at 7:17 a.m. Schwartz was northbound when she lost control in a curve due to slippery road conditions and the car slid into and hit the ditch. The car was damaged and was towed from the scene. Darlington Fire Department and Rural Medical Ambulance assisted at the scene.
Shania J. Dobson, 18, Mineral Point, received non-life-threatening injuries in a one-car accident on County O, Kendall Township, at 7:43 a.m. Dobson was eastbound when she lost control of her car due to the slippery road conditions, crossed both lanes of traffic, hit a fence and then a utility pole. The car was damaged and was towed from the scene.

Johnston, 43, Benton, was uninjured in a one-car crash on County J, Benton Township, at 7:45 a.m. Johnston was northbound when he lost control of his car in a curve due to the icy roadway and hit two steel markers before hitting a concrete culvert and coming to rest in a yard. The car was moderately damaged and was towed from the scene.
One person sustained non-life-threatening injuries in a one-vehicle accident on County G, Kendall Township. Justin S. Keeran, 24, Belmont, was eastbound when he lost control of his vehicle in a curve and went into the gravel and then hit a power pole. A passenger, Faith A. Hoffman, 22, Belmont, reported minor injuries. The vehicle was severely damaged and was towed from the scene. Keeran was cited at 5:59 p.m. for failure to maintain control of a vehicle. Belmont Fire Department and Belmont Ambulance assisted at the scene.
On Saturday:
Joyce M. Rutherford, 41, Boscobel, suffered non-life-threatening injuries in a one-vehicle crash on Dunbarton Road, Gratiot Township, at 11:45 a.m. Rutherford was eastbound when she lost control of her vehicle after attempting to stop at a stop sign and the vehicle slid into the ditch line and hit an embankment. The vehicle was moderately damaged and was towed from the scene. Rural Medical Ambulance and Gratiot First Response assisted at the scene.
Jody M. Pearce, 36, Platteville, reported hitting a deer with her vehicle on Wisconsin 81, Elk Grove Township, at 5:55 p.m.

NEW GLARUS - Sherrie K. Maringer, Hope Mills, N.C., was uninjured when the rental truck she was driving hit a parked vehicle at a business in the 600 block of Wis. 69, at 5:08 p.m. Friday.
