MONROE - On Thursday:

• Deputies responded to an abandoned vehicle that crashed into a cow pasture in the N3800 block of County J, Town of Monroe, at 12:35 a.m. The driver, Brittany R. Lean, 24, Monticello, had fled the scene and was later located in Monroe. Lean was uninjured in the crash. Investigation determined that the vehicle was northbound on County J, when Lean lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle slid sideways hitting a mailbox and a barbed wire fence. The vehicle continued into the west ditch before going airborne over a drainage ditch. Lean had allegedly attempted to drive out of the pasture but was stuck. Lean was later arrested for driving while intoxicated, second offense, and cited for failure to maintain control of a vehicle, criminal operation after revocation, driving without insurance and failure to notify law enforcement of an accident. The vehicle was moderately damaged. Lean was released pending court.

• Adam D. Eisman, 27, Albany, was uninjured in a two-vehicle accident on Bump Road west of Peebles Road, Township of Albany, at 6:46 a.m. Eisman was westbound on Bump Road when an eastbound vehicle reportedly drove into his lane. Eisman attempted to avoid the vehicle and lost control hitting a fence. His vehicle was moderately damaged and towed from the scene. The eastbound vehicle was described as a small, blue vehicle with a male driver.

DARLINGTON - On Thursday:

• No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident on Galena Street, Shullsburg, at 4:32 p.m. Karen L. March, 70, Shullsburg, was backing out at an angle from a parking stall and hit a vehicle driven by Diane S. Caya, 69, Eastman.

• Susan M. Junk, 57, South Wayne, reported hitting a deer at 6:33 p.m. on Wisconsin 11, Wayne Township.
