MONROE POLICE MONROE - A driver was injured at 7:11 a.m. Monday after a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Wisconsin 69 and 8th Street. Helen D. Stanek Cash, 58, Argyle, struck a vehicle driven by a 33-year-old man from McConnell, Ill. Cash was transported to the Monroe Clinic for non-life-threatening injuries. Cash was cited for violating a traffic signal.
