MONROE POLICE

MONROE - A driver was injured at 7:11 a.m. Monday after a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Wisconsin 69 and 8th Street. Helen D. Stanek Cash, 58, Argyle, struck a vehicle driven by a 33-year-old man from McConnell, Ill. Cash was transported to the Monroe Clinic for non-life-threatening injuries. Cash was cited for violating a traffic signal. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage and were towed from the scene.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Sunday, no injuries were reported at 10:41 p.m. after Corian O. Duplessis, 16, Galena, Ill., rear-ended a vehicle driven by Heaven A. Paul, 20, South Wayne on Wis. 11, Town of Shullsburg. Both vehicles sustained minor damage.
