DARLINGTON - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident that occurred in the parking lot of a business on Wisconsin 81, Darlington Township, at 7:12 a.m. Saturday. Gerald Smith 78, Darlington, was backing up to hook up a piece of farm equipment when his vehicle was hit by a vehicle driven by Joseph L. McDonald, 40, Madison. McDonald's vehicle sustained moderate damage and Smith's vehicle sustained minor damage. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
• No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident on Galena Street, Benton at 7:10 p.m. Monday. Joseph H. Teasdale, 64, Shullsburg, was backing out of a private driveway and hit a parked vehicle owned by Sara Martensen, Benton. Martensen's vehicle sustained moderate damage and Teasdale's vehicle sustained no damage.
