Lieber, 31, Freeport, struck an animal in the N7200 block of Wisconsin 69, Town of Washington. • No injuries were reported at 8:52 p.m. after Becky C. Hansen-Stammen, 60, Monroe, and Phenix S. Foley, 20, Madison, side-swiped each other in the N3300 block of Wis. 69, Town of Monroe.
