Steven L. "Vince" Vincent, age 59, of Monroe, for many years of Browntown, Wisconsin, died Thursday, December 15, 2011 at U.W. Hospital Madison. He was born on May 15, 1952 in Monroe, the son of Larry and Agnes (Becker) Vincent.
