Steven L. "Vince" Vincent

Steven L. "Vince" Vincent, age 59, of Monroe, for many years of Browntown, Wisconsin, died Thursday, December 15, 2011 at U.W. Hospital Madison. He was born on May 15, 1952 in Monroe, the son of Larry and Agnes (Becker) Vincent. He graduated from Monroe High School. He was in the U.S. Army from 1969 to 1972.

Steve was an avid deer hunter and fisherman and especially enjoyed mushroom hunting in the spring. He is survived by his mother, Agnes Erb of Monroe; daughter, Kathryn "Katie" Vincent of Monroe; grandson, Jaden Cowell; brothers, Jim Vincent of Monroe, Tom (Eva) Vincent of Green Bay; step-brothers, Jim Erb of Monroe; Tom (Lynne) Erb of Monticello; sisters, Michele (Don) Cummings, Grand Ledge, MI; Chris Vincent of Monroe; and step-sister, Linda (Junior) Robertson of Monroe. He is predeceased by his father, Larry; brother, Patrick "Pat" and step-father Merlyn Erb.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2011, at 6:00 P.M. at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, from 4:00 until the time of service at the funeral home.
