Albany Police

ALBANY - Kyle R. Johnson, 23, Albany, was arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving after revocation, driving an unregistered vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia Thursday in Albany.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Orrin H. Mardsen, 18, Monroe, was cited for underage drinking at about 1:30 a.m. Friday in the 2100 block of 7th Street. He was released pending court.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Jillian A. Gowen, 24, New Glarus, was arrested for disorderly conduct, bail jumping and retail theft at about 8:15 a.m. Saturday following an investigation into a theft from a business on Wisconsin 69.

Jennel R. Ray, 24, New Glarus, was arrested for a Green County Circuit Court warrant at about 5 p.m. Sept. 28. Ray was jailed.

Ryan C. Maki, 31, Madison, was arrested for a Dane County warrant at about 5:15 p.m. Friday in the 10 block of 6th Avenue. He was taken to the Green County Jail. He posted bond and was released.

Brogan E. Engelkens, 17, Belleville, was arrested for violating the absolute sobriety law at about 12:30 a.m. Saturday. William R. Viney, 19, Belleville, was arrested for underage drinking. They were released pending court.

Police are investigating a report of a theft that took place sometime within the past month at a residence in the 1400 block of 2nd Street and was reported at about 1 p.m. Thursday. The residence was entered, with no signs of forced entry, and about $2,000 in jewelry was taken. Anyone with information can contact the New Glarus Police Department at (608) 527-2145.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Larry A. Strothman, 23, Monroe, was arrested for second-offense driving while under the influence and cited for an improper left turn at about 3:30 a.m. Sunday on 19th Avenue and 10th street in Monroe. He was released pending court.

Katie A. Deegan, 23, Edgerton, was arrested for driving under the influence, driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration and cited for speeding at about 2:15 a.m. Sunday on Wisconsin 11/81 at Mount Hope Road. She was released pending court.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Jay A. Palfrey, 42, Shullsburg, was arrested for driving after revocation and cited for non-registration of a vehicle and driving without insurance at about 8:15 a.m. Saturday on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg township. He was jailed on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections hold.

Timothy K. Lattin, 22, Argyle, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and cited for driving after revocation and open intoxicants in a vehicle at about 2:45 a.m. Friday on Sport Road in Argyle township. Tina R. Ubersox, 22, Argyle, and Thomas J. Maas, 26, Blanchardville, were cited for drink open intoxicants in a vehicle. Joshua M. Flannery, 21, Argyle, was cited for keeping open intoxicants in a vehicle. They were released pending court.

Emmett T. Kent, 18, Gratiot, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle at about 10 p.m. Sunday on Miner Way in Shullsburg.
