Brodhead Police BRODHEAD - William R. Romanski, 18, Brodhead, and a 15-year-old Brodhead male, were arrested for underage possession/consumption at about 2 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of 17th Street. The were released with a court date. Brandon J. Collier, 32, Brodhead, was arrested for improper stop at a stop sign and driving after suspension at about 8:45 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of E. 9th Avenue.
