Albany Police

ALBANY - Brian J. Ellis, 39, Albany, was cited for operating a vehicle after suspension and operating a vehicle without insurance on Sept. 13.

- Brittany M. Purcell, 25, Monroe, was cited for speeding and operating a vehicle without insurance on Friday.

Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - A 14-year-old male of Brodhead was arrested for damage to property at 6 p.m. Sept. 13 in the 400 block of 10th Street. A court date was issued.

- Alma D. Flores, 31, Watertown, was cited for operating a vehicle after suspension at 11:55 a.m. Sept. 11 in the 100 block of 1st Street. Flores was released with a court date.

- Jerod E. Sandlin, 19, Brodhead, was cited for underage alcohol at 12:34 a.m. Sept. 12 in the 500 block of E. 2nd Avenue. Michael L. Santoro, 18, Brodhead, for also charged for underage alcohol. Nicole J. Gatza, 33, Brodhead, was cited for open intoxicants and possession of drug paraphernalia. All three subjects were released with a court date.

- Norberto Valdivia Viera, 31, Brodhead, was cited for operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license on Sept. 13, stemming from an incident on July 21. A court date was issued.

- Matthew B. Riese, 33, Brodhead, was cited for issuing worthless checks on Sept. 14. A court date was issued.

- Cassidy A. Miller, 33, Sadalia, Mo., was cited for issuing worthless checks on Sept. 14. A court date was issued.

- Micah J. Husen, Janesville, was cited for not having proof of insurance and having defective stop lamps Sept. 14, stemming for an Aug. 12 incident. A court date was issued.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Christopher E. Ritchie, 21, Argyle, was arrested for retail theft at 10 a.m. Friday in the 300 block of 6th Avenue West. Ritchie was released.

- Tyler V. Kubly, 20, Monroe, was arrested for underage alcohol at 10:30 p.m. Saturday at the corner of 13th Street and 25th Avenue. He was cited for a first offense of underage alcohol and was released.

- Joseph D. Ruegsegger, 18, Monroe, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated at 12:44 a.m. Sunday in the 600 block of 15th Avenue. Ruegsegger was cited for operating a vehicle while intoxicated-control substances, having no insurance, and non-registration of a vehicle. A passenger in the vehicle, Lucas J. Newcomer, 18, Monroe, was arrested for a probation hold. Ruegsegger was released and Newcomer was jailed.

- Constance J. Driver, 54, Monroe, was arrested for warrants issued through Darlington Police Department for failure to pay for traffic violation citations at 3:03 a.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of 11th Street.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Richard A. Parson, 34, New Glarus, was arrested for disorderly conduct under the mandatory domestic abuse law at 9:34 p.m. Friday in the Village of New Glarus. He was jailed.

- Benjamin W. Grossen, 24, Monroe, was cited for having illegal window tint at 12:46 p.m. Sept. 13 on Wisconsin 69 at 6th Avenue.

- Brian M. Sherven, 29, Belleville, was cited for fleeing an officer at 8:48 p.m. Sept. 10 in the 500 block of 9th Avenue, following an attempted traffic stop of a vehicle.

- Officers took a report at 5:05 p.m. Sept. 12th in the Village of New Glarus for a theft complaint of lawn ornaments. Reports indicate that a suspect or suspects took two squirrel lawn ornaments, a concrete dachshund lawn ornament and a removable spot light.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Bryan S. Wehe, 21, Monroe, was arrested for operating a vehicle while visibly impaired at 3 a.m. Sunday in the W4100 block of Middle Juda Road in the Town of Jefferson. Wehe was also cited for prohibited alcohol concentration and speeding. He was released.

- Story Anna Heisdorf, 20, Monticello, was cited for having possession of drug paraphernalia and having possession of THC, less than 25 grams, at 7:57 p.m. Friday in the W3200 block of Schaefer Road in the Town of Exeter. Heisdorf was released.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Fidel Duran, 19, Baraboo, was arrested for operating after revocation at 10:25 a.m. Friday on Main Street in Darlington. Duran was released.

- Andrew A. Stocks, 26, Potosi, was taken into custody on a Lafayette County warrant for failure to pay a worthless check at 3:21 p.m. Sunday. Stocks posted bond and he was released.

- Corey L. Gierhart, 19, Argyle, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle at 3:14 p.m. Friday on Monroe Street in Argyle.

- Toni T. Kraft, 19, Argyle, was cited for failure to obey a stop sign at 12:55 a.m. Sunday on County M in the Town of Wiota.
