• Patrick J. Allen, 19, Argyle, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign, a seatbelt violation, driving without vehicle insurance and driving without a valid license at 12:02 p.m. on Wisconsin 78 in the Town of Argyle.
• Brian A. Snyder, 28, Platteville, was cited for driving without proof of vehicle insurance and a seatbelt violation at 2:42 p.m. on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.
• Aaron M. Hayes, 32, Dubuque, Iowa, was cited for speeding at 3:07 p.m. on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.
• Linda N. Fonkoue, 32, Dubuque, Iowa, was cited for speeding at 3:24 p.m. on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.
• Francis L. Cooper, 40, Dyer, Ind., was cited for operating left of center at 4:14 p.m. on Wisconsin 81 in the Town of Seymour.
