Monroe Police

MONROE - On Thursday:

• Brandon S. Richardson, 25, Monroe, was arrested at 1:49 a.m. in the 1000 block of 11th Street for battery, disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, bail jumping and on an active warrant issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department. Mitchell E. Boeck, 21, Monroe, was arrested during the same incident and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Both subjects were jailed pending court.

• Alicia R. Laws, 33, Monroe, was arrested at 5:51 p.m. with driving while intoxicated. Laws was released pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Thursday:

• A deputy took a report of a burglary at a residence on County D, Township of Lamont, at 3:20 p.m.

• A deputy responded at 4:30 p.m. to a report of livestock on the roadway on Faymont Road, Township of Lamont. Darlington police assisted at the scene.

• A deputy responded to a report of a civil dispute at a residence on East Milwuakee Street, Village of Argyle, at 7:44 p.m.

DARLINGTON - Alfredo Tlaxcaltecal, 22, Darlington, was cited at 3:20 a.m. Sunday for driving a vehicle without insurance following a traffic stop on Galena Street.

• Rafael A. Santiago, 23, South Wayne, was cited Thursday for driving without a valid license following a traffic stop on Galena Street.

• Chad Gutkowski, 30, Mayville, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. Friday for DWI, second offense, following a traffic stop on Washington Street.
