Darlington PoliceDARLINGTON - Victor Herrera-Tepole, 41, Darlington, was arrested on charges of lewd and lascivious behavior, driving while intoxicated (first offense) and driving without a valid license (second offense) at about 6:50 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, after police were called to the local laundromat. A person at the laundromat reported observing Herrera-Tepole's lewd behavior and confronted him about it. Herrera-Tepole then left the laundromat and drove off in a car, but was stopped and arrested.Monroe PoliceMONROE - Mayolo Garcia Cano, 25, Monroe, was arrested after police responded to a complaint of loud music in the 2500 block of 12th Street at 11:12 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, and they discovered he was wanted on a warrant issued by Dane County for nonpayment of child support.
