Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - A 15-year-old Darlington youth was cited for driving without a license and for underage possession of tobacco at 11:16 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2. A passenger in the vehicle, Juan Flores-Salinas, 17, Darlington, was also cited for underage possession of tobacco.



Monroe Police

MONROE - Steven S. Strossner, 25, Monroe, was arrested on a Lafayette County warrant after police responded to a 911 call in the 400 block of West 21st Street at 7:52 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2. The 911 caller reported she and Strossner were arguing and she wanted him to leave. He was jailed. Lafayette County court records indicate Strossner has an unpaid fine on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated and pending charges of disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting or obstructing an officer.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Wednesday, Sept. 2:

• Kelsey A. Wuethrich, 24, Monroe, was arrested on charges of possessing a Schedule I narcotic (heroin), possessing drug paraphernalia, maintaining a drug vehicle and felony bail jumping (two counts) after deputies responded at 4:25 p.m. to a traffic complaint in the area of Wisconsin 69 at Cemetery Road, Town of Washington. Wuethrich's vehicle was observed traveling left of the center line. She was also cited for driving with a suspended license and no proof of vehicle insurance and operating left of center. The Monroe K9 team assisted at the scene. Wuethrich was jailed.

• Kimberly A. Boss, 29, South Wayne, was cited for driving with a suspended license and no vehicle registration or vehicle insurance at 10:09 p.m. in the 500 block of 26th Avenue in Monroe.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday, Sept. 2:

• Douglas Meador, 21, South Wayne, was cited for driving without a vehicle registration at 2:23 a.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.

• Livestock in the roadway was reported at 3:08 a.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.

• A deputy responded to check welfare at 10:23 a.m. on West Center Street in South Wayne.

• A deputy assisted in unlocking a vehicle at 11:17 a.m. in Argyle.

• Sonja Townsend, 17, Scales Mound, Ill., was cited for speeding at 10:19 p.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.

• Thomas Becker, 49, Monticello, was jailed on a charge of disorderly conduct after deputies responded at 10:20 p.m. to a report of a domestic dispute on Lake Road, Town of Fayette.

• A deputy responded at 11:16 p.m. to assist Darlington police on Main Street.
