MONROE - Amber R. Gassman, 28, Monroe, was arrested at 2 a.m. Tuesday for driving while intoxicated, first offense, in the 1700 block of 22nd Avenue. Gassman was released pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday:

• A deputy responded to a noise complaint at 1:32 a.m. on Galena Street, Village of Argyle.

• A deputy responded to a child custody dispute on East Liberty Street, Village of Belmont, at 11 a.m.

• Deputies were dispatched at 1:39 p.m. to assist Argyle police with locating a subject on North Lafayette Street, Village of Argyle.

• A deputy responded to a complaint of criminal damage to property at 6:31 p.m. on 1st Street, Village of Benton.

• Gregory S. Luebke Sr., 46, Monroe, was arrested at 10:57 p.m. on County KK, Gratiot Township, for a warrant issued by Green County. Luebke was transported to the Green County Line and turned over to a Green County deputy.
