Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - A 17-year-old Brodhead male was arrested in the 500 block of 1st Center Avenue at 8:42 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 30, on three warrants issued by the Lafayette County Circuit Court. He was jailed in Green County.

- Precious M. Oller, 36, Brodhead, was arrested during a traffic stop in the 600 block of 12th Street at 3:19 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, on a warrant issued by the Albany Municipal Court. She was released on a cash bond. The driver, Ryan L. Bergemann, 36, Brodhead, was cited for driving with a revoked license.

- Terrence P. Caple, 22, Middleton, was cited for speeding at 8:20 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, in the 1900 block of 1st Center Avenue.

- Clara Dickens, 78, Orfordville, was cited for speeding at 4 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27, in the 600 block of 1st Street.

- David A. Scofield, Jr., 23, Brodhead, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 6:40 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28, at 1st Center Avenue and Green Street. Also cited was David A. Scofield, Sr., 60, Brodhead, for permitting an unauthorized person to drive.

- Cody R. Rackow, 23, Monroe, was cited for driving with a revoked license, speeding and unnecessary acceleration and display of power at 8:24 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28, in the 1200 block of 1st Center Avenue.

- Jody L. Stall, 34, Brodhead, was cited for trespassing at 6:37 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, in the 300 block of East 9th Avenue.

- Lisa M. Huntington, 34, Brodhead, was cited for inattentive driving at 9:02 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, following an accident in the 900 block of 1st Center Avenue.

- Julia R. Magellan, 19, Monroe, was cited for speeding at 11:33 a.m. Friday, Aug. 31, in the 200 block of 1st Center Avenue.

- Brian V. Fritz, 56, Edgerton, was cited for speeding at 12:06 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, in the 100 block of East 9th Avenue.

- Paul T. Wilson, 20, Brodhead, was cited for non-registration of an auto at 8:49 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, in the 1300 block of West 2nd Avenue.

- A 16-year-old Brodhead male was cited for a curfew violation at 11:23 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Jordan M. Way, 26, New Glarus, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration and cited for speeding after police stopped him on 6th Avenue at Durst Road at 10:56 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31. Way was released to a responsible party pending court.

- David A. Jelle, 52, Blanchardville, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance after police stopped him for an equipment violation at 2:10 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, on 5th Avenue at 6th Avenue.

- Yevgeniya Sorokin, 32, New Glarus, was cited for speeding and driving with an expired vehicle registration at 8:47 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27, in the 1200 block of Wisconsin 69.

- Douglas E. Boley, 50, Belleville, was cited for speeding at 12:49 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28, in the 10 block of 2nd Street.

- Timothy A. Croy, 41, New Glarus, was cited for driving with a suspended license and for a seatbelt violation at 5:37 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, on 6th Avenue at Railroad Street.

- Kevin L. Erickson, 41, Blanchardville, was cited for driving with an expired vehicle registration and driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 8:44 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, at an unspecified location.

- Jane Ott, 49, New Glarus, was cited for speeding at 9:21 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, on County W at Hoesly Drive.

- Belinda M. Zoellick, 30, Monroe, was cited for making an improper left turn after police responded to a two-car crash with reported injuries at 9:07 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, on Railroad Street at 3rd Avenue. Zoellick made a left turn into the path of a vehicle driven by Jean M. Foster, 56, New Glarus. Foster was transported by New Glarus Area EMS for treatment of minor injuries. Both vehicles sustained moderate to severe damage and were towed. The New Glarus Fire Department also assisted at the scene.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Brenda M. Dimaggio, 45, Brooklyn, was arrested at a residence in the Town of Brooklyn at 10:29 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for a violation of probation. She was jailed.

- Josh K. Tielkemeier, 24, Dakota, Ill., was stopped and cited for texting while driving at 1:33 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, on Wisconsin 81 at County J in the Town of Monroe. He was subsequently arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated (second offense) and keeping open intoxicants in a vehicle. He was released pending court.

- Valerie J. Weihman-Rock, 54, Argyle, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) after the sheriff's department received a traffic complaint at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, of vehicle southbound on County J toward Wis. 81 without its headlights on. Weihman-Rock was also cited for driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration, driving without headlights lit, expired vehicle registration and failure to keep vehicle under control. She was released pending court.

- Olivia Lou Jean Halvorson, 23, Belleville, was cited for speeding and driving with a revoked license at 12:33 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, on Wisconsin 11 at Allen Road.

- Daniel D. Menge, 48, Harvard, Ill., was cited for failure to yield right-of-way while making a left turn after deputies responded at 3:38 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, to a two-vehicle accident in the W2600 block of Wis. 11 in the Town of Jefferson. Menge was turning left out of the Juda Oasis to go east on Wis. 11. He could not see the westbound traffic due to a semi turning into the Juda Oasis. George L. French, 86, and his passenger Justin J. Leeser, 14, both of Benton, were westbound on Wis. 11 when they observed Menge's vehicle turn in front of them. French was unable to avoid the collision and struck the drive-side door of Menge's vehicle, which spun around 180 degrees and came to rest in the ditch. Menge reported an injury but declined medical attention. French was injured and treated by Monroe EMS. Both vehicles were severely damaged and towed. The Juda Fire Department also assisted at the scene.

- Joseph M. Van Matre, 24, Browntown, was cited for driving with a suspended license and without proof of vehicle insurance after a deputy stopped him for speeding at 2:29 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 2, on Wis. 11 at High School Road in the Town of Sylvester.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Craig C. O'Conner, 30, Newtown, Pa., was arrested on a charge of possessing marijuana at 10:20 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, in the 400 block of 4th Avenue. He posted bond and was released.

- Gary M. Steffens, 55, Monroe, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at a stop sign after police responded to a two-vehicle accident with no injuries at 10:27 a.m. Friday, Aug. 31, at the intersection of 9th Street and 18th Avenue. Steffens collided with a vehicle driven by Dennis W. Stuckey, 65, Monroe.

- Cody A. Young, 19, Argyle, was cited for underage drinking at 5:20 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, in the 500 block of 22nd Avenue.
