MONROE - Kyle F. Smith, 21, Monroe, was arrested for battery, disorderly conduct and resisting a police officer following a report of a dispute at about 8:15 p.m. Tuesday in the N3700 block of County J in Monroe township. He was jailed.
• Jeremy R. Smith, 31, Poynette, was cited for a defective plate lamp and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at about 10 p.m. Tuesday in the N700 block of County P in Clarno township. He was released pending court.
