Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Tuesday, Sept. 22:

• April L. Lutz, 33, Monroe, was arrested on a civil bench warrant at 3:44 p.m. at a residence in the 1300 block of 10th Street in Monroe. She was taken to the Green County Justice Center for a hearing in a civil small claims case with The Cash Store, then was released from custody.

• Zachery W. Jensen, 26, New Glarus, was arrested on a third-offense charge of driving while intoxicated after he was injured in a one-vehicle crash reported at 9:43 p.m. in the W5900 block of Durst Road, Town of New Glarus. Jensen was westbound on Durst Road when he lost control on a curve and crashed. New Glarus EMS took him to a local hospital for treatment of injuries he sustained. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed. Jensen was also cited for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle and for driving without proof of vehicle insurance. He was jailed. The New Glarus Police and Fire Departments assisted deputies at the crash scene.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday, Sept. 22:

• A deputy assisted the Grant County Sheriff's Office at 12:27 a.m. with a call on Wisconsin 11 in Grant County.

• David A. Fargo, 50, Blanchardville, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance after a deputy assisted the Department of Natural Resources with a call at 10:10 a.m. on County F, Town of Willow Springs.

• A deputy checked the welfare of an individual on Park Street in Shullsburg at 12:05 p.m.

• A deputy assisted the Grant County Sheriff's Office with a call at 2:32 p.m. on Jones Branch Road, Town of Belmont.

• Jonathan L. Eversoll, 26, Platteville, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 6:35 p.m. on County G, Town of Belmont.

• A deputy took a report of a traffic complaint at 7:25 p.m. on County F, Town of Fayette.

• Amy Jo Tollefson, 28, Blanchardville, was arrested on a second-offense charge of operating while intoxicated after a deputy responded at 8:50 p.m. to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on County F in rural Blanchardville. Tollefson was also cited for driving with a revoked license, having open intoxicants in a motor vehicle, failure to control motor vehicle and driving without proof of vehicle insurance. She was booked at the Lafayette County Jail and later released.

• A deputy responded at 9:04 p.m. to a report of a traffic complaint on Picanax Street in Shullsburg.

• A deputy assisted a motorist with a vehicle unlock at 10:24 p.m. on South Penn Street in Belmont.

• Deputies responded at 10:55 p.m. to check the welfare of a person on Picanax Street in Shullsburg.
