MONROE - Cory C. Scheidegger, 31, Monroe, was arrested at 5:39 p.m. Tuesday in the 2200 block of 13th Street on an outstanding warrant issued by the Rock County Sheriff's Department. Scheidegger posted bond and was released.

MONROE - On Tuesday:
• Juan Patrico Cotoc-Canastuj, 36, Winslow, Ill., was cited at 3:37 a.m. for driving without a valid license following a traffic stop on Wisconsin 81 at County N, Monroe Township. Cotoc-Canastuj was released pending court.
• Robert P. Bennett, 26, Monticello, was arrested at 10:12 a.m. at the Green County Justice Center on a department of corrections probation and parole warrant. Bennett was jailed pending court.
