MONROE - William A. Fischer, 47, Browntown, was arrested for endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon following a report of someone shooting a gun toward farm buildings at about 2:45 p.m. Thursday in the W8800 block of Smock Valley Road. He was jailed.
