Kevin D. Gille, 47, South Wayne, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 3:45 p.m. on Warren Street in South Wayne.
Romeo DeJesus Villatoro Martinez, 26, Darlington, was cited for driving without a valid license and keeping open intoxicants in a vehicle at 8:18 p.m. on Wisconsin 81 in the Town of Seymour.
