Albany PoliceALBANY - Stephen D. Detra, 38, Albany, was arrested on a charge of physical abuse of a child Wednesday, Sept. 5, related to an incident that occurred the previous day. He faces a Class F felony in Green County Circuit Court. Detra signed a $3,000 signature bond Monday, Sept. 10, with the conditions that he not drink or enter establishments that sell primarily alcohol and have no contact with the victim, any other person under the age of 15 or a residence in the 300 block of West Nichols Street in Albany.
