Brandon A. Field, 21, Monroe, was arrested for bail jumping at 2:36 a.m. in the 1300 block of 17th Street. He was jailed pending court.
Pamela A. Wyss, 48, Monroe, was arrested at 9:42 a.m. in the 700 block of 12th Avenue on an outstanding warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. She was jailed pending court.

Parks, 18, Dodgeville, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated, eluding an officer and underage drinking after an attempted traffic stop at 12:19 a.m. on County H, Town of Blanchard, turned into a pursuit. Parks was also cited for driving without an adequate muffler. He was taken to the jail and later released to a responsible party.
