MONROE - Joseph A. Lartz, 24, Brodhead, was arrested at 8:55 p.m. Monday in the 2100 block of 16th Avenue on a warrant issued by the police department. Lartz was jailed pending court.

MONROE - David J. Brill, 29, Albany, was arrested at 4:06 p.m. Monday for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct in the 100 block of North Water Street, Village of Albany. Brill was jailed pending court.

DARLINGTON - On Monday:
• A deputy responded to a dog running at large complaint at 2:43 p.m. at a location on Ballard Road, Willow Springs Township.
• A deputy took a report of theft of a gate and other items at 3:27 p.m. from a location on Schultz Lane, Belmont Township.
• A deputy assisted a motorist with a disabled vehicle on County Club Road, Darlington Township, at 9:06 p.m. The deputy provided traffic control until the vehicle could be removed.
