MONROE - Deborah Cutler, 46, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant through the Green County Sheriff's Department for possession of drug paraphernalia at about 2:33 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of 12th Avenue after officers were dispatched to the location for a code violation. Cutler was confined to jail.
• Corey L. Coplien, 31, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant through Probation and Parole at about 4:40 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of West Eighth Street. Coplien was confined to jail.
