DARLINGTON - April P. Dicks, 26, Gratiot, was arrested for operating after revocation, non-registration of a motor vehicle, and seatbelt violation at about 11:45 a.m. Thursday on Norseman Road in Gratiot township. Dicks was released after posting bond.
