An incident of theft and criminal damage to property was reported at 6:15 a.m. in the N2600 block of Whispering Drive, Town of Decatur. Unknown individuals stole several Halloween decorations from a residence and also smashed several decorative pumpkins. A burglary was reported at 10:30 a.m. at a shed in the W2600 block of County C, Town of Mount Pleasant. A chainsaw, valued at about $150, was taken from the shed in the past two to four months. A non-residential alarm was triggered at 6:18 a.m. on Mound Avenue in Belmont. Belmont Police assisted on scene.
Criminal damage to property was reported at 9:45 a.m. on Buncombe Road, Town of Benton.
Laverne J. Richards, 48, Browntown, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. for driving with a revoked license and operating while intoxicated on Mink Farm Road, Town of Wayne. Richards was jailed and later released.
Livestock on the roadway was reported at 11:51 a.m. on County O, Town of Shullsburg.
Alison M. Schaetten, 20, Milton, was cited at noon for speeding on Wis. 11 in Benton.
A domestic dispute was reported at 12:36 p.m. on Leahy Road, Town of Shullsburg.
Elizabeth K. Davey, 25, Cassville, was cited at 3:58 p.m. for driving with a suspended license on Wis. 81, Town of Seymour.
A deputy performed a welfare check at 5:57 p.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Argyle.
Suspicious activity was reported at 6:49 p.m. on Engelke Drive in Belmont.
