Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Mitchell D. Bliss, 21, New Glarus, was taken into custody at 3:42 p.m. Wednesday on a probation hold through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections at the Green County Probation and Parole Office, Monroe. Bliss was jailed pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday:

• Tyler J. Parkinson, 24, Mineral Point, was arrested at 3:40 a.m. for battery and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies responded to a domestic disturbance on Main Street, Town of Calamine. Parkinson was jailed and later released.

• A deputy responded to a report of harassment at 1:02 p.m. on English Hollow Road, Fayette Township.

• A deputy investigated a report of a suspicious person on Main Street, Village of Gratiot, at 5:11 p.m.
