Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Lisa Foulker, 36, Darlington, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute at about 12:15 a.m. Wednesday at her residence on Ann Street.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Jessica M. Dunican, 17, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct under the domestic abuse law at about 3 p.m. Wednesday in the 1200 block of 23rd Avenue, following a report of a domestic disturbance. She was jailed.

• Bethany M. Penniston, 42, Monroe, was arrested for retail theft at about 6:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of West 8th Street. Penniston was released pending court.

• Ryan A. Smith, 21, Monroe, was arrested on two outstanding warrants through the Beloit Police Department and Rock County Sheriff's Department, at about 11:45 p.m. Wednesday, following a traffic stop in the 100 block of Wisconsin 69. Smith was jailed pending bond.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Daniel J. Kundert, 19, Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, possession of a switch blade, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of marijuana, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia, following a report of a disturbance at about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at a residence in the Town of Sylvester. Kundert was jailed pending court.

• Nathan R.M. Sweet, 17, Monroe, and Orrin H. Marsden, 17, Monroe, were arrested on charges of possession/attempt to possess THC at about 1:45 p.m. Wednesday on County N in the N2800 block in the Town of Monroe, following a report of suspicious persons. Sweet was also arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant. Both subjects were jailed pending court or bond.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Michael A. Rothenbuehler, 17, South Wayne, was cited for disorderly conduct at about 1 p.m. Wednesday, following an incident at the Blackhawk High School.

• Jason R. Halverson, 19, and Joshua A. Schaaf, 24, both of Mineral Point, were cited for ATV violations at about 6 p.m. Wednesday on the Cheese Country Trail in Willow Springs township.

• Ronda L. Penewell, 41, Beetown, was transported from Grant County Jail to Lafayette County jail for several outstanding warrants at about 8:15 a.m. Wednesday. She was jailed.
