Monroe Police
MONROE - A juvenile female was arrested at 4:32 p.m. Friday for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property after police responded to a complaint of a juvenile out of control in the 1700 block of 15th Street. The minor was transported and confined at the Dane County Juvenile Reception Center.
On Saturday:
Chelsea R. Knell, 25, Monroe, was arrested at 2:02 a.m. for disorderly conduct and battery in the 1300 block of 17th Street. Knell was jailed pending court.
Bryan S. Wehe, 24, Winslow, Ill., was arrested at 3:56 a.m. in the 2000 block of 4th Street on a Lafayette County sheriff's warrant. Wehe was confined at the Green County Jail pending court or transportation to Lafayette County.
Anthony R. Floerke, 21, Monroe, was arrested at 3:17 p.m. for disorderly conduct while armed, possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana in the 200 block of 8th Street. The reporting party alleged Floerke pointed a gun at them from his car. Police investigated the claim and found the gun to be a facsimile like a BB gun, but they did find a knife on his person. Floerke posted bond and was released pending court.
Steven A. Walters, 44, Monroe, was arrested at 9:07 p.m. for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property after police responded to the 1900 block of 8th Street. Walters was jailed pending court. Walters appeared in Green County Circuit Court on Monday and was released on a $1,500 signature bond with additional conditions that he not drink and have no contact with the alleged victim in this case. Walters was charged with domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct, battery and criminal damage to property. He has a pretrial conference set for Dec. 2.
On Sunday:
Jeff G. Edgerton, 53, Monroe, was arrested at 1:21 a.m. for driving while intoxicated, second offense, in the 100 block of West 17th Street. Edgerton was released to a responsible party pending court.
Chelsea L. Reine, 22, Monroe, and Britney F. Carpenter, 27, Brodhead, were both arrested at 1:22 a.m. for disorderly conduct in the 1900 block of 8th Street. The two women were arguing on the sidewalk and allegedly throwing items at each other. No one was injured in the incident. Reine and Carpenter each posted bond and were released pending court.
Tyler S. Holst, 18, Monroe, was arrested at 3:56 p.m. in the 2700 block of 8 1/2 Street on an Albany Police Department warrant. Holst was transported to the Green County Sheriff's Department where he posted bond and was released pending court.
John W. Keeran, 35, Monroe, was arrested at 7:38 p.m. for DWI, second offense, in the 1600 block of 12th Street. Keeran was jailed pending court.

MONROE - On Friday:
Heath A. Bader, 38, Monroe, was arrested at 8:32 p.m. at a residence in the city of Monroe, on two body-only warrants issued by Green County. Online court records indicate two warrants were issued Oct. 8 for failure to appear for court dates on charges of fleeing an officer via vehicle and driving after revocation. Bader was jailed pending court.
Alan B. Lee, 48, Brodhead, was arrested at 9:08 p.m. at a residence in the Town of Decatur on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections apprehension request. Lee was jailed pending court. Brodhead police assisted at the scene.
John R. Helmeid, 50, Brodhead, was arrested at 6 p.m. Saturday for possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies responded to a complaint of suspicious activity on the Sugar River Trail north of Golf Course Road, Town of Decatur. Helmeid posted bond and was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - On Friday:
A deputy investigated a report of a suspicious person walking at 9:02 p.m. on County M, Wiota Township.
Deputies assisted Shullsburg police with an intoxicated subject on West Water Street, Shullsburg, at 11:31 p.m.
On Saturday:
A deputy responded to a traffic complaint at 2:54 p.m. of a golf cart driving on County U, Shullsburg Township.
Nicholas E. Roberst, 33, Benton, was arrested at 11:53 p.m. for DWI, driving after revocation and possession of marijuana after a deputy responded to assist with an altercation on East Water Street, Shullsburg. Roberts was also cited for open intoxicants in a vehicle. He posted bond and was released to a responsible party.
On Sunday:
A deputy investigated a report of animal neglect at 9:52 a.m. on Wisconsin 78, Argyle Township.
Deputies were dispatched at 6:53 p.m. to a report of battery that occurred on 2nd Street, Village of Benton.
Darlington Police
DARLINGTON - Rosanne Losoya, 28, Darlington, was cited at 2:40 p.m. Friday for driving a vehicle with a suspended license, fourth offense, following a traffic stop on Wells Street. Losoya was released pending court.
Bobbi Jo Abaigar, 31, Blanchardville, was cited at 1:18 a.m. Sunday for disorderly conduct following a disturbance at a downtown tavern. Abaigar was released pending court.
New Glarus Police
NEW GLARUS - Police assisted Green County deputies with removing a tree that fell on the roadway on Disch Road, Meadow Valley Road, at 11:25 p.m. on Oct. 14.
Police investigated a trespassing complaint at 5:45 p.m. Thursday that occurred at a residence in the 1100 block of 7th Street. It was found that someone had been in the lower portion of a residence going through things, but no items were taken. No one was observed leaving the residence.
On Saturday:
Police stopped Jennifer A. Seffrood, 38, South Wayne, for a seatbelt violation and found she had active warrants for issuance of worthless checks. Seffrood was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on the Green County Sheriff's Department warrants and cited for a seatbelt violation and no vehicle insurance. She was jailed pending court.
Police were dispatched at 6:16 p.m. to a report of a stubborn teenager refusing to get into a vehicle in the 100 block of 6th Avenue. Upon arrival, the teenager got into his parent's vehicle.
Police responded to a report of a lost puppy at 6:27 p.m. in the 700 block of 6th Avenue. The puppy was secured by police and later reunited with the owner.

BRODHEAD - Cindy M. Miller, 54, Brodhead, was arrested at 1:33 p.m. Thursday for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct in the 1400 block of East 4th Avenue. Miller posted bond and was released pending court.
