MONROE - Rolando J. De Leon De Paz, 27, Beloit, was cited for driving without a license and speeding at about 6:15 a.m. Monday on Wisconsin 11 east of Wis. 59. He was released pending court.
- Kenneth W. Frazer, 21, Monroe, was cited for driving after suspension at about 1:45 p.m. Monday on Wis. 11 near Ullom Road in Cadiz township. He was released pending court.
