Green County SheriffMONROE - Green County and Dane County deputies responded to a residence in the 200 block of South 1st Street in Brooklyn at 9:13 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, for a report of a disturbance and shots being fired. Steven M. Nault, 47, Brooklyn, was arrested on charges of recklessly endangering safety, disorderly conduct while armed and intoxicated use of a weapon.• Daniel L. Ault, 63, Loves Park, Ill., was cited for driving too fast for conditions and operating left of center after deputies responded to a motorcycle crash on County O north of Old Madison Road in the Town of New Glarus at 4:02 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29. Ault was southbound when he reported a northbound truck crossed the center line toward him and he swerved to the right to avoid the truck.
