MONROE - Barbara A. Enders, 49, Freeport, was arrested for a warrant issued by the Monroe Police Department at 2:15 p.m. Monday in the 1800 block of 12th Street. Enders was jailed.
• Orrin H. Mardsen, 19, Monroe, was arrested in the 200 block of 8th Street for a warrant issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department at 5:06 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of 8th Street. Marsden was jailed.
• Rory S. Privett, 18, Monroe, and a 16-year-old male was cited for disorderly conduct at 3:55 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of N. 20th Avenue, following a disturbance. Both subjects were released.

DARLINGTON - Cresencio Mejia Viveros, 22, Darlington, was cited for operating with no valid license and no insurance on a vehicle at 5:33 p.m. Monday on Main Street in Darlington.
