MONROE - Dawn M. Veer, 41, Monroe, was arrested at 3:28 p.m. Thursday in the 500 block of West 21st Street, on an outstanding warrant issued by the Monroe Police Department for driving after revocation. Veer was jailed pending court.

MONROE - On Thursday:
• Curtis E. Richardson, 61, Orangeville, was arrested at 7:12 p.m. for disorderly conduct after deputies and Monroe police responded to a traffic complaint in the 400 block of 8th Street, Monroe. Richardson was booked at the jail and released pending court.
• Connor J. Drake, 19, Brodhead, was cited at 7:29 p.m. for speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies stopped his vehicle for speeding in the N4800 block of County F, Town of Decatur. Drake was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - On Thursday:
• Randall J. Theill, 54, Cuba City, was arrested at 8:20 a.m. for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct after deputies responded to a domestic disturbance on Mine Road, Elk Grove Township. Theill was jailed, posted bond and was released.
• A deputy is investigating a trespassing complaint that occurred on County G, Willow Springs Township, at 12:25 p.m.
• A deputy investigated a report of suspicious activity at 9:02 p.m. on County X, Elk Grove Township.
