MONROE - Louis R. Mendonca, 70, Carson City, Nev., was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and battery after a reported domestic incident at the Green County Fairgrounds, 2500 10th St., at 12 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6. He was jailed pending court. His cash bond was set the next day in Green County Circuit Court at $200 and his signature bond at $800, with the conditions that he have no contact with the alleged victim or the Fairgrounds and not drink. His next court date is Nov. 11.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday, Nov. 6:

• A civil dispute was reported at 12:11 p.m. on Stub Lane in Darlington Township.

• Albert E. Duncan, 88, Cuba City, was cited for allowing animals to run at large after a deputy responded at 2:09 p.m. to a report of loose livestock causing damage to a neighbor's property in the area of Pinch Lane in Benton Township.

• Deputies responded to Wis. 11 in Benton Township at 7:01 p.m. for a domestic dispute between two minors. The incident has been referred to Juvenile Intake.
