MONROE - On Thursday:
• Roger M. Blum, 47, Monroe, was arrested at 12:08 a.m. for domestic disorderly conduct in the 500 block of West 21st Street. Blum was jailed.
• Gavin G. Robinson, 17, Monroe, was arrested at 11:12 p.m. for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 1800 block of 10th Street. Robinson was released pending court.

MONROE - Athena N. Peterson, 19, Monticello, was arrested at 8:13 p.m. Thursday on a Lafayette County warrant in the N4900 block of Ringhand Road, Town of Mount Pleasant. Peterson was released on bond.

• A traffic complaint was made at 2:07 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Elk Grove.

• A 911 misdial was made at 5:25 p.m. on South Park Street in Belmont.
