DARLINGTON POLICE

DARLINGTON - Brett W. Nolte, 49, Darlington, was cited at 5:10 p.m. Saturday for possessing open intoxicants in a vehicle on Arthur Street.



MONROE POLICE

MONROE - On Monday:

• Timothy S. Miller, 28, Monroe, was arrested at 5:02 p.m. in the 1100 block of 17th Street on a charge of bail jumping. Miller was jailed pending court.

• Nicholas J. Roth, 35, Monroe, was arrested at 9:34 p.m. in the 1900 block of 11th Street on charges of disorderly conduct and a probation violation. Roth was jailed pending court.

SHERIFF

MONROE - Curtis Love III, 27, Madison, was cited at 1:47 a.m. in the N9100 block of Wisconsin 104, Town of Brooklyn, for speeding and driving with a suspended license. Love was released pending court.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Monday:

• Nadia Duarte, 21, Carpentersville, Ill., was cited at 12:27 a.m. for speeding on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.

• An animal bite was reported at 12:22 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Shullsburg.

• A civil dispute was reported at 2:03 p.m. on Dunbarton Road, Town of Gratiot.

• A civil dispute was reported at 2:35 p.m. on County O, Town of Seymour.

• A deputy checked the welfare of an individual at 4:20 p.m. on High Point Road, Town of Seymour.

• Foreign substances on the roadway were reported at 8:27 p.m. on Truman Road, Town of Kendall.
