MONROE - Jason L. McKee, 35, Monroe, was arrested for theft, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at about 4 p.m. Saturday in the 800 block of 18th Avenue. He was jailed.
• Anthony E. Brown Miller, 17, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property following a disturbance at about 3:45 p.m. Saturday in the West 500 block of 21st Street. He was jailed.
• John T. Matthews, 18, Monroe, was arrested for fourth-offense driving with a suspended license and for warrants issued by the Beloit Police Department Sunday in the 1800 block of Ninth Street. He was jailed.
• Shane M. Becker, 20, Freeport, Ill., was cited for underage drinking at about 3:30 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Eighth Street. He was released pending court.

MONROE - Troy W. Wagner, 33, Oregon, was arrested for battery, disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and strangulation following a disturbance at about 2 a.m. Sunday in the 9000 block of Dohm Drive. He was jailed.
• Graciano Martinez, 41, Monroe, was arrested for drunken driving and speeding following a traffic stop at about 3:30 a.m. Saturday in Spring Grove township. He was jailed.
• Shana M. Grinnell, 28, Monroe, was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday in the W5200 block of County KK. Grinnell was released pending court.
