MONROE - Kenneth M. Garin, 24, Monroe, was arrested for retail theft at about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of West Eighth Street. Garin was jailed pending court.

DARLINGTON - Christopher Mattison, 25, Belmont, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct and possession of THC at about 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Village of Belmont. Mattison was transported to Lafayette County jail where he remains without bond.
• Lisa Foulker, 35, Darlington, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a call of a domestic disturbance at about 11 p.m. Wednesday in the City of Darlington. Foulker remains jailed.
