MONROE - Krystal M. Collins, 22, Brodhead, was arrested for a warrant issued by Rock County at about 7 p.m. Tuesday in the W800 block of Wisconsin 81. She posted bail and was released.

DARLINGTON - Daniel J. Busch, 26, Cuba City, was cited for open intoxicants in a vehicle following a traffic stop at about 9:15 p.m. Tuesday on Water Street in Benton.
• Jeremiah J. Hocking, 16, Benton, was cited for driving a vehicle without the required headlights following a traffic stop on County O in white Oak Springs township.
